Reporting an error
Readers may report an inaccuracy to infoakbiznes@gmail.com, including the article URL, the specific passage and a supporting source.
Review
The newsroom checks the claim against the original source and other reliable documentation. Changes are not made solely on the basis of an unsupported request.
Transparency
Material errors are corrected promptly and receive a visible note stating what changed and when. Material changes are not made silently.
Updates
A new development is identified as an update and distinguished from the correction of an inaccurate fact.
