One of the most discussed television-season returns is now official. Agron Llakaj will once again lead “Portokalli”, 16 years after leaving the comedy show.
His role will not be limited to presenting. Llakaj has confirmed that he will also return as a performer, combining his experience with the programme's current cast and creative team. Satire inspired by current affairs will remain a central part of the format.
The new season will stage live shows for audiences every Friday, with television broadcasts on Sundays. The live premiere is planned for 2 October, followed by “Portokalli” returning to Top Channel on 4 October.
The programme is also opening its doors to new talent. Auditions for acting, impersonation and sketch writing are scheduled from 2 to 16 September.
