The premiere of “Live me Luizin” has opened a debate over how the programme’s name and broadcast were communicated to viewers. Arjan Konomi posted a response on Instagram criticising Top Channel after the first episode displayed on-screen labels identifying it as a recorded programme and a recorded episode.
Konomi directed his criticism at the production and scheduling teams rather than at Luiz Ejlli. In his view, the word “Live” in the title creates an expectation of a real-time broadcast, while the labels shown on screen indicated that the episode had been recorded.
WHAT IS KNOWN
The first episode aired on October 2, 2026 and has also been published on Top Channel’s official YouTube channel. The footage shared by Konomi shows labels identifying the programme as recorded. The criticism and its strongest wording are Konomi’s publicly stated position.
WHAT REMAINS UNCLEAR
The word “Live” may be part of the programme’s brand and, by itself, does not prove that every episode was promised as a real-time broadcast. By publication time, ON MEDIA.AL had not found a public clarification from Top Channel establishing whether the title is simply the programme name or whether future episodes will be broadcast live. The claim that viewers were deceived is therefore not presented as an established fact.
The reaction video and broadcast footage are not downloaded or reused as the lead image. This report is accompanied by an original editorial card without portraits of the people involved or television screenshots.
