A hamburger payment became a public dispute after Kreshnik Gjergji, husband of singer Dafina Zeqiri, shared his account of an incident at a fast-food venue on Instagram. In his telling, he had a €50 banknote, lacked smaller cash and was asked to return the order.
A profile publicly identifying itself as the worker involved challenged that description. According to his version, Gjergji had asked to break the banknote and had not behaved appropriately during the exchange. That account appeared in the public comments and was reported by Gazeta Express and Loki Magazine.
Gjergji responded again in strong terms and broadened the argument to the way the business treats customers. He also raised the possibility of opening a competing venue, but the remark was made during the dispute and does not amount to a confirmed business announcement.
What can be verified is that a public exchange took place. ON MEDIA.AL has not verified footage of the incident, a receipt, an official statement from the business or the identity of the person who said he was the worker. The claims are therefore presented as conflicting accounts, not established facts.
