A travel image has placed the names of Rizarta Hoxha and Arbër Çepani at the centre of an unconfirmed report. According to Loki Magazine, journalist Elton Tozaj posted an Instagram Story showing two people from behind and asked whether they were Hoxha and Çepani.

The reported image shows a woman and a man walking with luggage. Tozaj raised Rizarta and Arbër's names as a question; the image was not accompanied by confirmation from either person.
WHAT HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED
It has not been independently verified that the people in the image are Hoxha and Çepani. The reason for the trip is unknown, and neither has made a public statement confirming a romantic relationship.
