REPORTED TALKS — OCTOBER 12, 2026, 13:04

Warren Bondo’s situation at Milan has taken a new turn. According to Football Italia, citing reports in Italy on Monday, the midfielder rejected a recent proposal to terminate his contract by mutual consent and is expected to return to training with the first-team group.

WHAT IS KNOWN

Milan signed Bondo from Monza in February 2025 on a contract through June 30, 2029. He spent the 2025–26 season on loan at Cremonese before returning to the club.

The new report says the player had been outside the sporting plans and training separately, but his rejection of a termination changes the next step: a return to the senior group while the parties seek another solution.

WHAT REMAINS UNCONFIRMED

AC Milan have not issued an official statement about the termination proposal, the reported return to the group or a new transfer. No exit agreement, fee or destination club has been confirmed.

For now, Bondo remains under contract with Milan. A reported return to first-team training does not necessarily mean he has returned to the head coach’s long-term plans.
